Storm Mountain

Ty was really impusive.  Cat let herself be drawn into some really dangerous situations because of him.  Why do you think she kept on following him?  Was it the dog, the ashes or her concern for her cousin that kept her going further onto the mountain?

  1. I think she kept following Ty to keep him safe. She was afraid that if she didn't go with him, he would get hurt. She kept trying try to climb the glacier to get cell service so she could call for help. She was finally able to call the police, but her phone died. Ty was able to get out by himself, so he didn't need her help.

  2. I think it was a combination of all of them because she kept mentioning her mom if the ashes weren't returned. She also kept calling for Mugs and seemed very protective when she got him back. Finally she would not leave her cousin to get help instead she tried to help him out.

  3. I think she was following Ty partially because of the dog, but mainly because of her fathers ashes and because she was so mad at Ty and she wanted to get even. I think we would all want to get even if we were in Cat's place. It is our nature.

  4. I think the girl kept following ty because just to keep him safe. If the girl did stop following him she was afrad that ty would get hert. the girl kept clinbing the montins because so she could get cellphone service. she was trying to do that because so she coulod call for help. She was able to call the police but her phone died on her. Ty was able to get out by herself so the girl didn't have to help him anymore

  8. I think she kept following Ty because he had her dads ashes, but then she couldn't find her dog, and when she saw he had Muggs, she got mad and followed him to make sure that he wouldn't get hurt, and after he got a concusion, she knew that she couldn't just abbandon him and go get help, he could have died if she left.

  9. I think it was a combination of all three. at first she was following him because of her dog and her dad's ashes, but as the story went on, she realized that she needed to keep Ty safe.

  10. I think all 3 of them combined together described while she followed him. She didnt want to leave muggs so she followed him. and she didnt want to spread her dads ashes without having her moms permission. I also think she cared about her cousin but was still mad because he took the ashes and her dog muggs. i also think she missed a part of her father and wanted the ashes back for a deep memmory of her father.

  12. She knew if she let her climb the mountain, it would be very risky for him. What really pushed her was her ashes. She wanted them back or her mom wold freak out beacause it's the only thing they have left of dad, the dog just gave her the boost to do it.

  13. Well, she was defidently concerned about the ashes but I think she would have felt guilty if Ty got hurt, so she tried to keep him safe too.
